I Love You, Mom!

Yesterday was Mother's Day. Of course this reminds me of the most beautiful angel in my life: my mom। She's done a lot for me. Right, it is her responsibility as a mother, but I really feel that she's been giving me more than just a minimal effort to fulfill her duty. Her love is beyond rationality - an unconditional love.

I always remember when she's there for me every night, singing lullaby (well, Chinese old songs) before I slept. Feeling the 'dag-dig-dug', although those were not her exams anyway. The one I turned up to when I got problems in study and friendships, and she's there with all her patience, eventhough she'd been very tired working the whole day. And yes, she's the one who collected the acceptance letter for a university I'd applied to, although it took her more than six hours taking bus to Semarang. She's the Angel who realized my dream to study abroad with sacrificing herself feeling lonely at home - and yes, that first good-bye at Orchard Road was really hard for me, and even harder for her I believe.

I love you, Mom. So much... that I couldn't find any better words to express it. Thank you, Mom. Thank you for everything. You're always by my side, and I will always be. Although I'm overseas, my heart will always be at home, very close with yours, and yes, I can feel your warmth right now.

Just like you said to me. All I do is for my bright future, and it will be yours also. I promise to make you happy and proud of me, give you the best as much as I can. You are in the first place in my life.
